  • Product Use: Our propolis extracts, honey sauces, and supplements are intended for personal use. They are natural products, and consistency may vary slightly between batches.

  • FDA Disclaimer: Statements regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Liability: Apis Vida is not responsible for any allergic reactions. We encourage customers to read the ingredient labels carefully before use.

2. Refund & Return Policy

At Apis Vida, we take pride in the quality of our bee-derived products. Because we deal with food-grade and health-sensitive items (Honey and Propolis), we maintain a strict safety protocol regarding returns.

Returns

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Opened Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item due to a change of mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken glass bottle or a leaking spray), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the damaged portion of your order.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Apis Vida is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
